List was born in California on 6 April 1998. Suzanne List is her mom. List is also a sister to two brothers who both act. She attended Oak Park High School California where she graduated with an award in 2016. List is Aries, and has English as well as Welsh heritage. Early on, her interest in the performing arts and modelling was ignited. List started her acting career in 2002 she began modeling in the year 2009. She appeared in the soap As the World Turns (2002) in the role of Bess In All My Children (2004) and was also the young Jane Nichols in 27 Dresses (2008). Her acting career began in theater, before she moved onto television and film. The actress has appeared in a variety of films during the latter half of the 2000s. They include Then She Found Me 2007 with Helen Hunt, and Michael Clayton 2007 opposite George Clooney. For Push (2009) in which she was also in Teresa Stowe. She was Rabbi Renannah Zimmerman on 'Leaves of Grass' (2009).
